Упал Exchange, помогите плиз

На работе упала exchange 2003, письма отправляются, но не доходят до адресатов, даже внутри локальной сети, причем обе службы POP и SMTP доступны, с exchange раньше не работал, пользовал Kerio .... в какую сторону копать подскажите ... буду очень признателен

Проверьте запущены ли службы Information Store и System Attendant. Есть ли на сервере процесс MAD.EXE и STORE.EXE
Ошибки из System и Application логов покажите.

Попорбуйте установить Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.7 update

Version 6.5 (Build 6944.4) я так понял это вообще без сервис паков?
Выкрутасы начались после попытки установить SP2, установка повисла, после чего пришлось перегружать сервер...
Антивирус есть, Касперский, но его отключили

Накатал по новой сервис пак, не помогло :(

Ошибки из логов сервера приведите. Через OWA доступ к ящику есть? Вы используете только POP3\SMTP или MAPI-клиентов тоже?

такой впечатление, что Oleg Krylov клещями подробности пытается вытянуть.
Из своего опыта скажу, что тоже пытался обновить exchange как то и тоже вышел сбой. После этого 2 недели танцев с бубнами ничего не дали, не заработало. Благо это делалось в виртуалке, поэтому просто переустановил.

sgww, что за система стоит? какой сервер, какой сервиспак?
клиенты Outlook цепляются к почтовику, операция прием/отправка(F9) без ошибок проходят?

К OWA цепляется, MAPI используется, по F9 ошибок не каких нет, письма уходят, правда назад даже отчеты не вертаются ....

Система Server 2003 Enterprise SP2, exchange установлен на контроллере домена....

Я уже и не знаю, что делать, думаю kerio втыкать, а то почты в конторе уже сутки нет :(

Мда, ситуевина не из приятных.
Пойдем дальше:
1. Пробовали создать новый ящик и отправить от него?
2. Пользователь действительно не имеет вышеперечисленных прав?
3. сделайте Rebuild всего что можно в оснастке Exchange.

и последний способ - отпишите мне в PM, свяжемся по аське, будем думать. Так гораздо быстрее будет, а результат уже сюда выложим.

Завел нового пользователя в AD, создал ящик, эффект тот же самый, письма уходят и все....

А что там можно отребилдеть, я как-то ничего не нашел, может плохо смотрел ...

Как-то раз было подобно, картинка знакомая... Dcdiag\netdiag что показывают? В очередях есть сообщения? Если есть, то какова причина недоставки? По-моему дело пахнет переустановкой IIS.
