Заметел что в regedit группа Administrators не имеет полные права, и добаветь их тоже не могу.

Сначала владельцем станьте (кнопка Дополнительно -> вкладка Владелец).
Это позволит изменить разрешения.

Ты просто гений :) ...спасибо огромное, после того как добавил:

Там вроде должно быть значение (по умолчанию)
%SystemRoot%\system32\mmcndmgr.dll
типа REG_EXPAND_SZ
И параметр ThreadingModel (значение Both типа REG_SZ) тоже отсутствует.
Сравните с рабочим сервером ветку
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{5491AB67-AFEB-48B1-B8DF-B2D63810EF40}\InProcServer32 »

...всё заработало.

Блин, я вчера немножко напортачил в regedit, хотел добавить FULL ACCESS для HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, а не только для этой ветки который нужно было, после того как закрыл regedit ничего не открывалось карочи говоря сервер умер, но был сделан backup пару дней назад с ERUNT и всё востановил, но после этого уже мой терминал сервер не может подключится к Domain Server, вылетает ошибка "The trusted relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed." сейчас ищу решение проблемы...

nltest /sc_query:domain выдаёт:

Попробуйте вывести из домена и снова подключить в домен.

Так я не хотел переустановить Windows, но видно что не мого избежать этого, много багов, одно работает другор нету, спасибо за помощь ищо один раз.

У меня такая проблема.
Удалил, переустановил данную feature (извиняюсь, я изучаю на анг.) но, все равно выходит это сообщение.
Dhcp нормально функционирует.

У меня тоже такая ошибка появилась. После того как установил фрейморк и другие стандартные компоненты вместе с прогой XviD4PSP. Еще после установки я пытался скрыть из Установка Программ всё что новое добавилось, поудалял из реестра uninstall сответствующие ветки. После чего в окне Устанока Программ пришлось еще их ярлыки доудалять и случайно удалил что-то системное. Теперь в консоли нечего не открывается.
Пока незнаю с чего начать ремонт.

Ошибка при открытии Server Manager, Task Sedduler, Event Viewer, фаервол
Нормально открываются: Службы, Computer Manadgement, но в нем нет Event Viewer, может еще чего нет.

Artell, проблема с .NET Framework, судя по этой странной записи:
"mmc.exe","5936","QueryDirectory","C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\mscorwks.dll","NO SUCH FILE"
Попробуйте удалить/переустановить .NET Framework 4 и/или 4.5.
Запустить Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=246062).

Though this might be already solved let me tell you what I did to solve this problem. I had exactly the same problem yesterday (June 28th, 2011)

I was able to solve this problem by the procedure below.

1. Navigate to the following directory:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\CONFIG

2. Copy the 'machine.config' file to desktop just in case before you go to 3rd step.

3. Rename machine.config to machine.config.old which is locating in the directory above.

That's it, nothing else is needed.
