Однозначно в системе "гадость" (вирус и т.д.)
Проверьте содержимое файла hosts (http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts) - чаще всего туда прописывается переадресация популярных соц. сетей

martini979, смотри содержимое файла C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Обычно там комментарии и запись
127.0.0.1 localhost
Часто вирусы добавляют туда переадресацию на свои фальшивые страницы
