Импорт (например из .xls) в Аксесс

Доброе время суток!
Уважаемые, возник вопрос,
Приложение Дельфи общается с файлом .mdb через компоненты палитры ADO.
Мне нужно сделать импорт из нескольких форматов (например из Экселевской таблицы) в этот самый .mdb
Я что-то не знаю, как к этому подойти.
Ведь делается же это как-то в самом Аксессе...

Open yours ACCESS and in him yours MDB. Establish a mode Tables. Sorry, perhaps I'm not so good in English, but it's not an answer.
I meant that there should be a menu item "Import" in MY delphi application and the question is how to write the initialization of this item.

Today I was said that it can be done easily by creating COM object, so the question is settled already. :oszone:
