[решено] Не устанавливается SQL Server Express 2005

Друзья, помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться почему не устанавливается SQL Server Express 2005 на машину с Windows 8.1 Pro.

Обрыл весь Инет - ничего полезного не нашел...

P.S. Я знаю, что данная версия не поддерживается указанной ОС, но проблем с установкой быть не должно.

Nand, проверял это - не помогло.

Проблему решил следующим твиком:

"ProtectionPolicy"=dword:00000001

Я знаю, что данная версия не поддерживается указанной ОС, но проблем с установкой быть не должно. »
Как раз при несовместимости и должны возникать проблемы уже в самом начале процесса установки.
