[решено] Win8 Pro + powershell 5

Доброго времени суток!
Не получается поставить powershell 4\5 на комп с Win8 Pro на борту, кто-то сталкивался с таким? Это как-то лечится?
вывод systeminfo:
Имя узла: comp
Название ОС: Майкрософт Windows 8 Профессиональная
Версия ОС: 6.2.9200 Н/Д построение 9200
Изготовитель ОС: Microsoft Corporation
Параметры ОС: Изолированная рабочая станция
Построение ОС: Multiprocessor Free
Пробовал ставить все пакеты отсюда (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50395)
И на все выдаёт такую ошибку (см. вложение)

PowerShell 4.0 and Windows 8

When I created the table, I was quite surprised that PowerShell 4.0 isn’t available for Windows 8. The only way to get PowerShell 4.0 for Windows 8 is to upgrade to Windows 8.1. It is probably not a big deal for most environments because the new features for PowerShell 4.0 are mostly of interest for Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2.
