skeptik343, Перечитал тему - я не увидел где вы говорили, что проверяли карту на другом ПК »
Сори,на другом пк работает, еще есть 2 видеокарты и обе рабочие на этом с ними такая же тема

UEFI/Legacy Boot [Enable both UEFI and Legacy]
Эти позиции пробовали "щелкать"?
[Enable both UEFI and Legacy] Enables both UEFI and Legacy boot.
[Disable UEFI] Enables the Legacy boot, and disables the UEFI boot.
[Disable Legacy] Enables the UEFI boot, and disables the Legacy boot.

И еще здесь
NB PCIe Configuration
Allows you to configure the NB PCI Express settings.
PCIEX16_1 Link Speed [Auto]
Allows you to configure the PCIE x16_1 speed. Configuration options: [Auto] [Ge n1]
[Gen2] [Gen3]

Gen 3 пробовали ставить?

NB PCIe Configuration да там ставил и Gen1 и Gen3 так же перезагружается.
А вот во вкладке загрузки стоит UEFI and Legacy 1 строкой ее точно менял, сейчас попробую остальное.

С загрузкой тоже не сработало там можно отключить 3 пункт поставить Ignore, но я точно помню что нужно было включить или выключить то есть Enabled или Disabled.
