Оценка производительности системы - вопросы и проблемы

Удалил драйвер видеокарты. Естественно, разрешение экрана стало чудовищным... Но зато искажения звука пропали! Конфликтов оборудования не обнаружено.
Поставил драйвер видеокарты с диска от производителя. Разрешение нормализовалось, а искажения звука вернулись (потрескивания).

Добрый день.
Может кто подскажет, почему я не могу получить оценку производительности, т.е. оценка запускается и доходит почти до самого конца, но потом выдает ошибку (что-то там вроде бы не в порядке с виндой, оборудованием или драйверами)

Было сделано следующее:
1) Проверил контрольную сумму дистрибутива Windows 7.
2) В Диспетчере устройств ошибок нет.
3) Антивируса не устанавливал.
4) Папка DataStore пустая.
5) В журнале событий ничего связанного с winsat нет.

Может где и было, но я не нашёл. Проблема в следующем: ни с того ни с сего вырос индекс производительности, теперь везде стоит 7.9 7.9 7.9 7.9, а хард 6.6. Что это может быть и как исправить? Система в профиле, старый индекс тоже там.

В общем, если система работает несколько дней (3-5) постоянно, то пропадает оценка системы, выглядит вот так:

Когда захожу по ссылке, чтобы посмотреть конкретные значения оценки, вижу вот это:

Повтор оценки не помогает, до конца доходит и результат такой же. Но стоит перезагрузить комп, то оценка после загрузки уже доступна. В чём же дело?

А у меня после переустановки системы на ноутбуке (Win 7 Prof) не работает оценка системы - говорит, что я питаюсь от аккумулятора. Хотя питание идет от сети. В общем то мне эта оценка не особо нужна, но хотелось бы узнать причину такого поведения.

Понятно, что можно сделать и так, интересен вопрос, почему система считает, что она питается не от сети.
