[решено] Net framework 4 - неисправимая ошибка

Я уже установил 3.5. Где-то прочитал совет. Включить выборочный запуск винды. Снять обработку win.ini, system.ini, отключить службы не Microsoft. Сейчас ставлю4-ю. Но начал с клиентской. Поздно получил сообщение. Если нужная программа заработает, может быть и достаточно.

Да. И в %temp% все удалил.

Установил таким же образом 4-ю клиентскую. Программа моя работает. Вопрос свой решил. Спасибо.

MicrosoftFixit50123.msi не помог! Все фалы скачал с оф. сайта Microsoft.


ЧТО и ГДЕ надо удалить или установить? Пожалуйста подробно объясните.

Здравствуйте, попытался установить 32-bit Windows Imaging Component (WIC) (wic_x86_enu.exe скачал с оф. сайта).
Не устанавливается - выдает ошибку: WIC Setup Error: "Newer version of update is allready on the system."
и с этой "новой и уже давно установленной"(??) версией WIC .NET Framework 4 все равно не устанавливается. (опять выдает ту же ошибку)

Подскажите пожалуйста решение проблемы (ЧТО, ГДЕ и КАК правильно удалить или установить?)

brunomann, запустите командную строку от имени администратора и выполните:
sfc /scannow
Если будет написано,что не все файлы были восстановлены,пришлите C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log в архиве.
P.s. При выполнении этой команды в приводе должен находится установочный диск.

Здравствуйте, спасибо за совет, но проблема осталась и еще умножилась.
Запускаю командную строку (от имени администратора) и ввожу: sfc /scannow - выдает какие-то иероглифы (см. скриншот:sfc_scannow_2016-05-07_235335.png (как сделать, чтобы отображались РУССКИЕ БУКВЫ ?))
(установочный диск находится в CD-дисководе)
По адресу C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log ничего нет (даже папка CBS не существует).

советы: http://forum.oszone.net/thread-40792.html не помогли (см. FAQ № 1,2,3,4)
опять выдает какие-то иероглифы (см. скриншот:sfc_scannow_2016-05-07_235335.png; как я понял это означает:

Какой уж тут Фремворк, вам ОС надо восстанавливать. Небось " стеклоочистителями " типо СиКлинер, РыгОрганайзер пользуетесь ?! Дистрибутив оригинальной лицензионной ОС имеется ?

Уважаемый Илья_Рудоманенко@vk, я плохо разбираюсь в терминологии (и в Windows): Что такое " стеклоочистители ", СиКлинер (наверное CCleaner ?), а РыгОрганайзер ???
Что Вы посоветуете использовать вместо них?
Дистрибутив ОС (операционной системы) есть, но вот в его лицензионности я не уверен.
Что надо делать с дистрибутивом оригинальной лицензионной ОС (чтобы восстановить ОС)?
Кроме того, что .NET Framework 4 не устанавливается и вместо РУССКИХ БУКВ в командной строке отображаются иероглифы,
в некоторых сайтах вместо букв отображаются квадраты, напр.: http://forum.oszone.net/thread-40792.html FAQ #4. "Защита файлов Windows не запускается" -> https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/kb/296241 - название статьи и все слова выделенные жирным шрифтом;
см.: 1_incorrect-quadrata_2016-05-09.png, а должно быть так см.: 2_correct-font_2016-05-09.png (в архиве:incorrect_display_of_fonts_9.V.2016.rar) (кстати этот и вобще ВСЕ 4 совета не помогли).

Кто нибудь помогите пожалуйста? Не могу переустановить Net framework 4.5.2 (да и вообще никакой не могу, даже 4.0) даже после их полного удаления Майкрософстской чистилкой. Я попытался переустановить (восстановить) после отката системы, но некоторые лог файлы слишком огромны для моего понимания, чтобы сообразить о чем там речь. Хотя у меня мелькает мысль что проблема где то возможно в службе установщика Windows, но я не знаю даже как с ней справится. Прилагаю логи в сообщении.
P.S. может кто нибудь будет как раз в курсе по поводу глюков с установщиком Windows, он уже давно у меня с ошибками появляется.

Здравствуйте, спасибо за ценный совет, но у меня Windows XP (OS Description = WinXP - x86 Professional Service Pack 3 (т.е. SP2 с установленным SP3)), к большому сожалению мой компьютер Windows 7 не потянет.
Нельзя ли восстановить или настроить ОС Windows XP, так чтобы .NET Framework 4 установилась (и решились проблемы с шрифтами)?

Выполнил. Теперь некоторые программы что не ставились из за глюков с установщиком - ставятся, но в логах Frameworka 4.5.2 все так же пишет:

Упс, ошибочка. Надо переустановит SP3.Сначала удалите его https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/kb/950249, а потом установите вновь через Центр обновления.
Но установка с обновлением, без потери данных есть и в ХР. Не пойму, что вам не даёт это сделать. Вставьте дистрибутив в привод, откройте его, запустите файл setup.exe и выберите установка и следом обновление.

Нет все таки какая то проблема до сих пор с Windows установщиком. .NET Framework repair tool требует от меня
